For security reasons, we do not recommend disabling your 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) unless you would like to change the method to the Authenticator Application, Email or if you have a new device.


IMPORTANT - If you are unable to access your account due to issues with your 2FA, please contact our support team.


To disable your 2FA, start by:


  • Accessing the SETTINGS tab.



  • Clicking on GREEN BOX to toggle it off.


  • Enter the 6 digit code sent to your mobile device.


  • Click on DISABLE 2FA.


Your 2FA is now disabled!
