EmpowerFX - Deposited Funds but the Funds are not in your MetaTrader Account? Print

When your deposit has been finalized and reached your account, you will need to transfer them to your trading account.

Start by:

Accessing the INTERNAL TRANSFER tab

Choose WALLET TO TRADING PLATFORM.
Select the WALLET you would like to transfer your funds from.
Select the ACCOUNT you would like to transfer your funds to.
Enter the AMOUNT.
Click on REQUEST TRANSFER.

When transferring to an account with a different currency, details of the price prior to and after the conversion are provided to you.

Your Live account's balance will be updated immediately.
