If you have encountered the NO CONNECTION error when attempting to connect to MetaTrader, please follow the below steps:
- Click on FILE.
- Select LOGIN TO TRADE ACCOUNT.
- Input your ACCOUNT NUMBER and TRADER PASSWORD.
- Remove the current server and type mt4.empower4x.com manually for live accounts/type demo.empower4x.com for demo accounts.
If the issue persists, try to scan servers by following the steps below:
- Click on FILE.
- Select OPEN AN ACCOUNT.
- Press on the small GREEN PLUS SIGN to type manually EMPOWER LLC
- Click the SCAN button.
- Choose the correct server from the list.
- Click the NEXT button.
- Choose the EXISTING TRADE ACCOUNT option to log in to your existing account.
- Use your login credentials.
- Click the FINISH button.
