If you have encountered the NO CONNECTION error when attempting to connect to MetaTrader, please follow the below steps:

  • Click on FILE.
  • Select LOGIN TO TRADE ACCOUNT.
  • Input your ACCOUNT NUMBER and TRADER PASSWORD.
  • Remove the current server and type mt4.empower4x.com manually for live accounts/type demo.empower4x.com for demo accounts.


If the issue persists, try to scan servers by following the steps below:

  • Click on FILE.
  • Select OPEN AN ACCOUNT.
  • Press on the small GREEN PLUS SIGN to type manually EMPOWER LLC
  • Click the SCAN button.

  • Choose the correct server from the list.
  • Click the NEXT button.
  • Choose the EXISTING TRADE ACCOUNT option to log in to your existing account.

  • Use your login credentials.
  • Click the FINISH button.
