If you would like to delete a live account, this can be done directly from your EmpowerFX account.
IMPORTANT - You will not be able to remove an account with a NEGATIVE BALANCE until the account/s have been brought back to a ZERO BALANCE.
To delete an account, start by:
- Accessing the MY ACCOUNTS tab.
- Clicking on VIEW next to the live account you would like to delete.
- Clicking on the DOTS icon.
- Clicking on the DELETE ACCOUNT.
