On certain occasions, communication via email is sent out to our clients. Due to the settings on different mail providers, some of our emails are received to your spam or junk folder. 

To begin receiving our emails to your inbox, start by:

• Logging into your Gmail account.
• Open the SETTINGS option and click on SEE ALL SETTINGS.

• Select the FILTERS AND BLOCKED ADDRESSES tab.
• Create a NEW FILTER.

• In the FROM section, add our Support address SUPPORT@EMPOWER4X.COM.
• Click on CREATE FILTER.

• Tick the NEVER SEND IT TO SPAM and ALSO APPLY FILTER TO MATCHING CONVERSATIONS boxes.
  
• Click on CREATE FILTER.
