On certain occasions, communication via email is sent out to our clients. Due to the settings on different mail providers, some of our emails are received to your spam or junk folder. 

To begin receiving our emails to your inbox, start by:

• Go to your JUNK folder.

  
  

  
• Select our email.
• Tap the ARROW. 
  
  
  
  
• Choose MOVE MESSAGE.
  
  
  
• Choose INBOX and tap MOVE.
