A Money Manager is unable to edit an existing offer in their fund if an Investor has already joined this fund. In such a case, the Money Manager would need to set their offer to PRIVATE to block further Investors from joining their fund. 

IMPORTANT: If an Investor has already joined the fund, any updates made to the offer will not be approved. Access to the editing widget will still be available to the Money Manager.
