There is a 3.5% deposit fee for ETHEREUM (ETH) deposits.

The first step to being able to deposit via Ethereum (ETH) is setting up an account with a wallet provider of your choice. Once the account has been set up and funded, you may start by:

• Accessing the DEPOSIT FUNDS tab.

• Choose the deposit method.
• Select the WALLET you would like to fund.
• Enter the amount you would like to deposit.
• Click on REDIRECT ME TO THE PAYMENTS PAGE.

You will now be redirected to the payments page where you will be provided with your unique Ethereum address. 

At this point, you will need to open your wallet provider's account and click on a SEND or similar option and enter the Ethereum address provided. Alternatively, you may also scan the QR code from your wallet provider's account for a direct deposit.

If the funds have been sent correctly, your deposit status should shortly change to WAITING CONFIRMATION, which indicates that the funds are being processed on the Blockchain network.

If you have sent the funds and your status is still shown as WAITING APPROVAL, the funds have not been sent from your wallet provider.

Please be sure to do this transaction on the ERC-20 NETWORK. Loss of money might occur when the wrong network is used.
